Overview

AI-generated overview

Lets an assistant search Gmail and Outlook, save drafts, manage email rules, and view email statistics.

What it does
Inbox Zero is a remote email assistant that connects to Gmail and Outlook. It can search mail, save drafts, manage email rules, and show email statistics. The broader product also organizes inboxes, pre-drafts replies, tracks emails awaiting responses, blocks cold email, and files attachments to Google Drive or OneDrive.
When to use it
Use it when you want an assistant to work inside a Gmail or Outlook mailbox: finding messages, drafting replies, applying rules, and reporting on email activity. It suits people who want inbox triage and cleanup handled conversationally rather than manually.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at getinboxzero.com; no packages, environment variables, or headers are declared in the manifest. Using it requires connecting a Gmail or Outlook account, and the hosted service is the intended path. Self-hosting needs Docker and Node.js v24 or later.
Before you install
The server acts on a live mailbox: it can save drafts, apply rules, archive or unsubscribe in bulk, and file attachments to cloud storage, so changes affect real email. Connecting an account grants access to message content, and the hosted option means that data is handled by a third party. Review what the connection is authorized to do before enabling it.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Inbox Zero in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
