Fill PDF forms with AI from plain text: fillable and flat PDFs, USCIS and other official forms.
Overview
FillWise lets an assistant fill fillable and flat PDF forms, including USCIS and other official forms, from plain text.
- What you can do
- Fill PDF forms from a plain-text description of the content. Handle both fillable and flat (non-fillable) PDFs. Cover USCIS and other official forms.
- When to use it
- Use it when you need to complete fillable or flat PDF forms, especially official forms such as USCIS, from a plain-text description. Suited to users who would rather have the assistant fill the form than type each field by hand.
- Requirements
- Runs locally as the npm package fillwise-mcp over stdio, so Node.js is needed. Requires an API key from the API keys section of a fillwise.ai account, supplied as the environment variable FILLWISE_API_KEY. The API base URL can optionally be set with FILLWISE_API_URL, defaulting to Needs network access.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open FillWise in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.
- Auth declared10 pts
Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.

Answer tools/list without a credential, or ship a package that starts in a sandbox without one.
