Gives an AI agent a disposable email and a real UK phone number to test signup flows.

The publisher's own server: Agent Identity

Overview

AI-generated overview

Gives an AI agent a disposable email address and a real UK phone number so it can complete and verify signup flows on its own.

What you can do
  • Create a disposable email address and read the messages that arrive on it
  • List rentable phone services, rent a real UK number and wait for the incoming SMS or OTP code
  • Browse travel eSIM data plans and get a Stripe checkout link for one
  • Check how often each tool was called today, over 7 days and over 30 days
When to use it
Useful when an agent has to test a signup, login or verification flow end to end and needs a real inbox and phone number to receive the confirmation email or OTP without a human relaying it. Also handy for checking that your own OTP delivery actually arrives.
Requirements
Runs locally over stdio, typically via npx with Node.js. The phone-number tools need an SMS_FLORIN_API_KEY environment variable from the provider's API access page; the email tools need no credential. Network access to the bundled email and SMS services is required.
Before you install
Renting a phone number costs account balance, and eSIM plans are paid through a Stripe checkout link the user must complete. The API key is a secret passed in the environment. Disposable mailboxes are rate-limited and short-lived (up to 60 minutes), and the email and phone services are third parties that see the messages and numbers involved.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Agent Identity Mcp in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.

Other MCP clients

Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

[Listed on mcpservers.org]

MCP server that gives an AI agent a throwaway test identity — a real disposable email address and a real UK phone number — so it can sign up for something it's testing and read back the verification email/SMS itself, without a human in the loop.

Bundles two existing services:

Status: published on npm and the official MCP registry

create_test_email no longer needs any receivemail.dev credential — mailbox creation is public/self-serve (rate-limited: 20/min per IP, 5,000/day total). The only credential needed is your own SMS_FLORIN_API_KEY, for the phone-number tools.

Tools

ToolDescription
create_test_emailGet a fresh disposable email address, valid up to 60 minutes.
get_test_email_messagesRead what's arrived on an address created above.
list_servicesList services a phone number can be rented for.
rent_test_phone_numberRent a real UK number for a service. Costs balance.
wait_for_test_smsBlock until the SMS/OTP code arrives.
list_esim_plansList travel eSIM data plans (data only, no SMS).
get_esim_checkout_linkGet a Stripe checkout link for an eSIM plan, for the user to pay.
get_usage_statsSee how many times each tool was called — today, last 7 and last 30 days. On the hosted server it's per API key and survives restarts; locally it counts since the MCP client started the server. Failed calls aren't counted.

Pairs well with: acp-sandbox

Building or testing an AI shopping agent (ACP/agentic commerce)? acp-sandbox is a hosted mock merchant your agent can complete a full test checkout against — no real store, no real money. Combined with this package, an agent gets a disposable email/phone for the buyer identity and a merchant to actually check out with, entirely test-side.

Pairs well with: otp-watch

Ship your own signup/verification flow? otp-watch uses the same underlying real phone numbers and disposable mailboxes to answer a different question: is your OTP/verification SMS or email actually arriving, and how fast? Point your own cron/CI at it to catch a broken delivery pipeline before your users do.

50% of the applicable checks met

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

  • Reached in the last 30 days25 pts

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

  • Auth declared10 pts

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
