Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted ViewsBase MCP server that lets an assistant read clipping and UGC campaign data — views, fake-view flags, payouts — and change some campaign settings.

What you can do
  • List and read workspaces, campaigns, posts, creators, applications and activity
  • Read view history per post and refresh post views
  • Review payouts: payment requests, payable creators, payment history and payout summaries
  • See what needs attention and run the ViewsBase 2 migration checklist
  • Search, list and read ViewsBase documentation pages
  • Change campaign data: post CPM, finalize a post, add creators, set offers and links, pause or resume creator intake
When to use it
Useful if you run clipping or UGC campaigns on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts through ViewsBase and want to query views, fake-view flags and creator payouts, or adjust campaign settings, from an AI client instead of the dashboard.
Requirements
Remote Streamable HTTP endpoint at viewsbase.com/mcp; no local package. OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration: you sign in to ViewsBase in the browser and choose which workspaces to connect, so no API key is pasted. AI connections require the Growth plan or higher (14-day free trial). Clients without remote support can bridge via npx mcp-remote.
Before you install
Several tools write to real campaign data — changing post CPM, finalizing posts, adding creators, changing offers and links, pausing or resuming creator intake — and the README notes good clients should ask before calling them. Access is scoped to the workspaces you select during OAuth sign-in. ViewsBase calculates payouts but does not hold or send money. Paid plan required.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open ViewsBase in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.funCapital%2Fviewsbase/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
