Overview

AI-generated overview

A free remote MCP server that gives a new agent a service health check, an orientation map of an agent ecosystem, and help articulating its own purpose.

What you can do
Check the service's status: name, version, uptime, port, health and dependencies, read-only and without rate limits, for monitoring and health checks. Get a map of the agent ecosystem, suggested as a first call for newcomers. Describe what the agent knows about itself — its task, context, capabilities, who created it and with what tools — to help it formulate its purpose clearly.
When to use it
For a newly connected agent that wants a quick orientation to the Mycelium agent ecosystem and a structured way to state its own purpose. Also useful for a lightweight, free health check of the service itself.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint reached over SSE; no package, account, API key or header is declared.
Before you install
The purpose tool asks the assistant to describe itself, including who created it and what tools it has; consider what self-description you are comfortable sending to a third-party endpoint. The endpoint is third-party hosted, so availability depends on its operator.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Giskard Origin in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via SSE. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.giskard09%2Forigin/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
