Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that answers Korean address or apartment-complex questions with official MOLIT real-estate sale and rent transaction records.

What you can do
  • Look up Korean real-estate transactions from a natural-language Korean address or apartment-complex name
  • Get sale, jeonse and monthly-rent records with period statistics (average, minimum, maximum price in KRW, or deposit and monthly rent)
  • Group results by month for trends and filter by exclusive floor area
  • Resolve ambiguous locations by re-querying with returned candidate names, and see inferred details and missing months in the response
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs Korean apartment or housing transaction prices, rent levels or monthly price trends for a specific neighborhood or complex, without signing up for an API key.
Requirements
A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; no authentication, API key or environment variable is needed. Clients that cannot add remote connectors can reach it through the mcp-remote npm package, which needs Node.js. The query text should be in Korean.
Before you install
Rate limited to 50 requests per 10 seconds per IP, with HTTP 429 and Retry-After beyond that. Currently free, but per-request micro-pricing may be introduced later. Data comes from MOLIT via data.go.kr and may change as reports are corrected or cancelled; it is provided as-is, is not affiliated with the government, and is not investment, legal or tax advice. The server is operated by a third party whose source code is not published.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Korean Real Estate Transactions in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.goyo-studio%2Fkorean-real-estate-mcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

84" → areaMin: 84, areaMax: 86

json
{  "name": "get_korean_real_estate_transactions",  "arguments": { "q": "강남구 대치동 은마 아파트 매매", "limit": 5 }}

추론한 내용은 resolved_note에, 빠진 달은 missing_months에 표시됩니다. 자세한 내용은 docs/usage.md.

Cursor (~/.cursor/mcp.json 또는 프로젝트의 .cursor/mcp.json):

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "korean-real-estate": {      "url": "https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/mcp"    }  }}

원격 커넥터를 쓸 수 없는 환경에서는 claude_desktop_config.json에 mcp-remote를 씁니다:

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "korean-real-estate": {      "command": "npx",      "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/mcp"]    }  }}

Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http korean-real-estate https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/mcp

English

What it does

A remote MCP server that answers natural-language questions about Korean addresses or apartment complexes with official real-estate transaction records from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT, via data.go.kr). URLhttps://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/mcp

Example

json
{  "name": "get_korean_real_estate_transactions",  "arguments": { "q": "강남구 대치동 은마 아파트 매매", "limit": 5 }}

The query q is Korean. Ambiguous locations return HTTP 422 with candidates[]; call again with one of them. Inferences are disclosed in resolved_note, coverage gaps in missing_months. See docs/usage.md.

Client configuration

Cursor (~/.cursor/mcp.json or .cursor/mcp.json):

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "korean-real-estate": {      "url": "https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/mcp"    }  }}

Claude Desktop: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, URL https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/mcp. Where remote connectors are not available, use mcp-remote in claude_desktop_config.json:

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "korean-real-estate": {      "command": "npx",      "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/mcp"]    }  }}

Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http korean-real-estate https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/mcp

Rate limit

50 requests / 10 seconds per IP. Over the limit you get HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header; wait that many seconds and retry. Currently free. Per-request micro-pricing via the x402 protocol may be introduced later (status: x-pricing in /openapi.json).

Tools

1

get_korean_real_estate_transactions

Query official Korean real-estate transaction records (국토교통부 실거래가, MOLIT via data.go.kr) with a natural-language Korean address or apartment-complex name, e.g. '강남구 대치동 은마 아파트 매매'. Returns flat JSON: period statistics (avg/min/max price in KRW, or deposit/monthly-rent stats for rentals) plus individual transactions, newest first. For trend questions ('월별 추이', 'how did prices move'), pass groupBy=month to get stats_by_month[]; for a size condition ('전용 84', '국평'), pass an areaMin/areaMax band — both aggregate over the full matching set, unlike the row list which is capped at limit. Hint words inside q (아파트/오피스텔…, 매매/전세/월세) are auto-inferred as type/tradeType/rentSubtype; explicit fields always win. Ambiguous locations return HTTP 422 with candidates[] — pick one and retry. Unresolvable locations return 404. All inferences are disclosed in resolved_note; coverage gaps in missing_months. Terms (as-is, no warranty): https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/terms — data may be corrected or cancelled after initial publication; not investment advice. PRICING: currently free within edge or app rate limits (50 requests / 10 seconds per IP). HTTP 429 with error RATE_LIMITED and a Retry-After header — wait that many seconds, then retry. x402-ready: a fixed micro-price per request (indicative $0.001–$0.01, USDC on Base) may be enabled later, after which unpaid requests receive HTTP 402 Payment Required per the x402 protocol (https://x402.org); agents with x402 support handle this automatically. Current pricing status: GET https://realestate-api.goyostudio.io/openapi.json → x-pricing.
