Requirements
A Movoa account and API key, supplied as the MOVOA_API_KEY environment variable for the local npm package or as an Authorization bearer header for the remote endpoint. Node.js is needed to run the package via npx; network access to movoa.ai is required.
Before you install
Every generation run costs credits on your Movoa account at the provider's published prices, so repeated or long clips can add up. The API key is a secret and should be kept out of shared configuration. Runs take minutes and are subject to a plan concurrency limit. Prompts and any photo URL are sent to Movoa's servers.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Movoa Mcp in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect Authorization token credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Notes

  • Video takes minutes. generate_video returns a run id by default; poll it with check_status, or pass wait: true to block (up to 30 minutes).
  • Your plan's concurrency limit applies; a submit past it is refused until a run finishes.
  • MOVOA_BASE_URL overrides the endpoint; only useful against a local build of the site.
