Local MCP server that lets an assistant generate Seedance videos through Polza.ai, check generation status, and wait for completion.

What you can do
Create videos from text prompts or reference images and videos, choosing aspect ratio, resolution, duration and seed via the create tool. Check the status of a generation by its id. Poll until the video is ready, with configurable interval and maximum wait. Look up a short guide to the supported model parameters. Results come back compact: id, status, model, usage including cost, result URL, and warnings or errors.

Requirements
Runs locally as a Python package (Python 3.11+) launched with uvx or uv; Claude Desktop or Claude Code. Requires a Polza.ai API key in the POLZA_AI_API_KEY environment variable. Optional variables set the base URL, model, poll interval, max wait and log level. Network access to Polza.ai is needed.
Before you install
Requires a paid Polza.ai API key; generations consume credits and results report a cost. The key is placed in the client configuration file, so protect that file. Video generation is started only by explicit tool calls, but each call spends money and sends your prompts and reference media to Polza.ai.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Seedance Polza Mcp Server in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.

Как проверить, что работает

После перезапуска Claude попроси:

Сделай через seedance короткое видео: закат над океаном, 16:9, 5 секунд

Claude должен вызвать seedance_create_video и дождаться готовности через seedance_wait_for_completion.

  • seedance_wait_for_completion — ждать polling-ом до готовности

Поддерживаемые входные параметры

Базовые параметры под видео:

  • prompt
  • aspect_ratio (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 21:9 и т.д.)
  • resolution (480p, 720p, 1080p)
  • duration (5s, 10s, 15s — зависит от модели)
  • images — референсы для image-to-video
  • videos — референсы для video-to-video

Что возвращает сервер

Сервер не делает лишней магии. Он возвращает:

  • id генерации
  • status
  • model
  • usage (в том числе cost_rub)
  • url результата, если видео готово
  • warnings / error при проблемах

Важно

Этот сервер не гоняет live preview и не тратит токены сам по себе.
Генерация запускается только по явному вызову tool.
