Overview

AVE for Codex CLI — Local Video Editing's local MCP server; no sign-in required; STDIO.

No AI overview yet: these facts come from the registry entry and the server itself.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open AVE for Codex CLI — Local Video Editing in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.

Tiny Things MCP connectors for Mac

Free MIT-licensed local MCP connector wrappers for NotchLive, NotchPad, Manwe and Rasterloom, plus separate AVE CLI-only wrappers. Connect meeting transcripts, shared notes, local memory and native design tools to supported AI hosts. The apps are separate proprietary prerequisites: no app binaries or private app source are included. The wrapper does not unlock paid features, grant permissions, download apps or replace their license checks.

ConnectorWhat it connectsApp requirement and access
NotchLiveRead-only meeting transcripts, saved notes and opted-in live captions; 6 toolsNotchLive 1.14.2 (68), macOS 14+, Intel/Apple Silicon. Pro required for data access; AI Connections and live captions are separate opt-ins.
NotchPadShared unlocked notes/snippets, Markdown/rich writing and additive create/appendNotchPad 1.9.5 (35), macOS 15+, Apple Silicon. Private user-supplied connection key; per-connection read/write permissions. Writes require trial or Pro. Locked/unshared notes, clipboard history and Apple Notes links are excluded.
ManweShared memory, Worlds, decisions and approved agent tasks; 30 toolsManwe 0.9.94 (32), macOS 14+, Apple Silicon. Sharing/actions/skills/suggestions require app opt-ins. Model/service tasks use your configured accounts and can incur provider charges.
Rasterloom (alpha)Artwork, vector, PDF, asset library and moodboard editing; 186 toolsRasterloom 0.4.1 alpha (18), macOS 15+, Apple Silicon. The native surface includes writes/destructive edits and exports. Global MCP/file permissions remain in the app. Alpha software.

Install

Use the host-specific folder under plugins/claude/ or plugins/cursor/. Claude and Cursor marketplace manifests are at the repository root. Node.js 22+ must be available as node to Git-based plugin hosts; GUI apps may use a different PATH. The default app path is /Applications/<App>.app, configurable in each plugin. MCPB downloads are available from the GitHub release; Node provisioning depends on the host.

Claude Code installation after adding this marketplace:

/plugin marketplace add lemberalla/tinythings-mcp-connectors/plugin install tinythings-notchlive@tinythings-local/plugin install tinythings-notchpad@tinythings-local/plugin install tinythings-manwe@tinythings-local/plugin install tinythings-rasterloom@tinythings-local

Choose only the connectors you want. Review each plugin README before enabling it. NotchPad prompts for a sensitive private connection key; never paste it into chat, an issue or the repository. Cursor's private configuration storage and OpenAI desktop enrollment have not been qualified. Source availability is not a claim of marketplace listing or host certification. Claude/Cursor directory submissions remain subject to vendor review.

Privacy and permissions

These stdio wrappers launch the installed native helper on the same Mac. They have no network client, telemetry, persistent store or configuration writer. They forward requests and results; the host can send returned content to its selected model/provider. Manwe may perform approved provider/service work through its app. Native app access, Pro/trial gates, file permissions and approvals remain authoritative. Treat enabled connectors as local software with the permissions granted to their host.

Compatibility and removal

The exact released NotchLive/Manwe/Rasterloom helpers passed schema-checked modern 2026-07-28 discovery and legacy 2025-11-25/2025-06-18 initialize/list checks. Packaged responses matched native responses. NotchPad has bundle/launcher and inert contract validation only; its real key enrollment and current host discovery remain untested. Its contract supports 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18 and 2024-11-05; stateless 2026 is not claimed. Full editing workflows and current package host installation are not certified by metadata checks.

Removing a connector in its host removes the wrapper; it does not delete app data or revoke app-issued keys. Revoke sharing or individual connections in the owning app when desired. Newer app builds are marked unqualified until checked.

Wrapper code is MIT licensed. Icons and product names identify the official integrations and retain their brand rights, as described in each assets/NOTICE.md. This license does not cover the separately installed applications or their helpers. AVE uses separate Codex CLI / Claude Code packages and is deliberately absent from the generic Claude/Cursor marketplaces. Signal and Dropmute are not part of this repository.

AVE video editing — CLI profiles only

AVE CLI-only packages connect the actual local Codex CLI or Claude Code to AVE 1.3.2 (54), preserving each existing app-issued identity. No Desktop/Cursor/ChatGPT compatibility is claimed. They require an existing private client connection, respect app scopes/approvals and Pro requirements, and can request recording/generation only under their native permissions. Read the package privacy and validation limits before using them.

Score

50% of the applicable checks met

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

  • Reached in the last 30 days25 pts

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

  • Auth declared10 pts

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
