Overview

AI-generated overview

Looks up US small-business and investor lenders, programs, state brokering rules and next-best options after a decline.

What you can do
  • Find named lenders and programs by industry, state and product, ranked cheapest-suitable first, with institution, geography, submission channel and source URL
  • Read the full public record of a program or every program of one institution
  • Get an industry overview: ease tier, fitting products, serving or restricting lenders, SBA eligibility and best first route
  • Estimate which program types fit a profile from categorical answers for investor property or business capital
  • Look up state brokering rules by lane, with status, rule, gate and open questions
  • Get a next-best-option waterfall after a decline, and report anonymized outcomes that feed shared lender approval statistics
When to use it
Useful for US small-business or investor financing research: narrowing lenders and programs for an industry and state, checking brokering rules, or finding alternatives after a decline. Also for contributing anonymized outcomes to shared lender statistics.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no packages, environment variables or headers declared. Inputs are categorical only: industry names, two-letter state codes, bands and codes.
Before you install
Nothing returned is an offer, approval or pre-approval; lenders decide. report_outcome writes to a shared outcome graph, so avoid sending names, identifiers, contact details, statements or exact amounts. State rules are research notes, not legal advice, and only six states are researched. Revenue-based advances are purchases of future sales, not loans.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open AllClear Lending in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.lunarpenguin214%2Fallclear-lending/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

state_rules

State brokering rules by lane

What a broker needs in a state, by lane (investor real estate, consumer, working capital, SBA, cards): status, the rule, the gate, open counsel questions and sources. Researched: NY, CT, NJ, PA, MA, FL; other states return the general notes. Research notes, not legal advice.

report_outcome

Report a lender decision (bands only)

Add one submission outcome to the shared outcome graph: which lender, what kind of file (bands), and the decision. No names, amounts or identifiers. Reports feed lender_stats, where a cell opens once outcomes from 5 distinct other reporters are in it; your own reports never count toward the 5, so no one can isolate another reporter’s outcome. Pass the same reporter_key (or X-AllClear-Key header) each time so your reports count as one reporter.

lender_stats

Lender outcome statistics (k-anonymous)

Approval rate, funded rate and median days to decision per lender, from reported outcomes, by program, institution, industry or state. A cell is shown only when outcomes from 5 or more distinct other reporters are in it. Counts of decisions, not predictions.
