Overview

AI-generated overview

Submits a product for an honest, human-written review and lets an assistant check status or read the finished feedback using a secret receipt token.

What you can do
  • Submit a product for review, which starts queued until a human reviewer completes it
  • Check a request's status or read its completed feedback using the request ID and receipt token
  • Read public stats: completed-review count, average turnaround and target SLA
When to use it
Useful when you want outside human feedback on a product rather than an AI-generated opinion, and want to track the request from an assistant session. Suited to occasional submissions where waiting for a person is acceptable.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared. No authentication is declared, but the request ID and secret receipt token returned at submission are needed to read a private result.
Before you install
The receipt token is secret and must be kept private; anyone holding it with the request ID can read the result. Submissions are queued for a human reviewer, so results are not immediate, and public visibility is off by default. Product details you submit are sent to a third-party service.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open ActualHumanTake in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.magiautonomous%2Factualhumantake/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
