ZATCA, UAE CT, EU AI Act regulatory compliance for AI agents
Overview
Local MCP server that helps an assistant assess EU AI Act risk, keep audit trails of AI decisions, and generate compliance evidence packages.
- What you can do
- Classify an AI system as unacceptable, high, limited or minimal risk under the EU AI Act framework
- Start and maintain audit trails, logging each AI decision with input, output, reasoning, human oversight, model and confidence
- Run gap analysis against compliance requirements with article references and recommendations
- Generate auditor-ready evidence packages and show enforcement deadlines and penalties
- Read the enforcement timeline and list active audit trails as resources
- When to use it
- Useful when you are documenting an AI system for EU AI Act readiness and want the assistant to classify risk, record decisions as you go, and assemble evidence for an auditor. Also handy for checking upcoming enforcement dates and penalty exposure.
- Requirements
- Runs locally over stdio via npx compliance-shield-mcp, so Node.js and network access for the package download are needed. No accounts, API keys, environment variables or headers are declared. Data is held in in-memory maps, so trails do not persist across restarts.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Compliance Shield in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients
Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

Score
40% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
- Reached in the last 30 days25 pts
Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.
- Auth declared10 pts
Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
- Tools listed15 pts
Answer tools/list without a credential, or ship a package that starts in a sandbox without one.
