Unofficial read-only MCP server for ciceksepeti.com flowers & gifts: search, prices.

Overview

AI-generated overview

Unofficial read-only MCP server that lets an assistant search ciceksepeti.com flowers and gifts, read product details and reviews, and compute price statistics.

What you can do
  • Search flowers and gifts by keyword with sorting and paging, returning titles, TRY prices, ratings and delivery notes
  • Read one product's details: price, stock, rating, seller, category path, description and images
  • List the 89 flower, plant and gift categories
  • Read recent customer reviews with reviewer, star rating and date
  • Compute min, median, mean and max price in TRY for a query
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to look up Turkish flower and gift offerings, compare prices or summarize reviews from ciceksepeti.com without opening a browser. It is read-only, so it cannot place orders.
Requirements
Runs locally over stdio as a Python package, launched with uvx or installed via pip; needs the mcp and curl-cffi dependencies. No account, API key or environment variable is required, but it needs network access to ciceksepeti.com.
Before you install
Unofficial and not affiliated with ciceksepeti.com; it scrapes server-rendered pages, so results can break if the site changes or blocks requests. All requests go to ciceksepeti.com. It is read-only and does not log in, place orders or handle payment.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.

How it works

ciceksepeti.com answers plain HTTP clients, and the transport uses Chrome TLS impersonation (curl-cffi, chrome120) so a stricter bot check does not break the server. There is no public JSON API — data comes from the site's server-rendered pages: search pages carry 30 product boxes (title, price, review count, star rating, delivery note), product pages carry a schema.org Product JSON-LD block plus a breadcrumb category path, and the homepage carries 89 category links. Sorts are URL params (orderby=2 price desc, orderby=3 price asc, verified live) and paging is page=N (verified live). Requests are spaced ~0.8s apart; everything is read-only, no login, no API key.

Install

bash
uvx ciceksepeti-mcp # run directly (needs uv)# orpip install ciceksepeti-mcpciceksepeti-mcp # starts the MCP server on stdio

Tests

bash
python -m venv .venv && .venv/bin/pip install -e ..venv/bin/python -m unittest discover -s tests -v

Offline tests run on recorded fixtures (real pages fetched 2026-11-06); live tests hit ciceksepeti.com.

Roadmap

  • Category-scoped search (search within one /d/ category slug)
  • Occasion search (birthday, anniversary, Mother's Day collections)
  • Price history (track a product over days)

Score

50% of the applicable checks met

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

  • Reached in the last 30 days25 pts

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

  • Auth declared10 pts

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
