Send emails, manage campaigns, subscribers, and templates from MisarMail.
Overview
Lets an assistant send email, run campaigns, manage contacts, templates and automations, and audit deliverability through MisarMail.
- What you can do
- Exposes 55 tools for MisarMail email marketing: send transactional email, list, read, reply to and archive mail, and validate addresses. It manages campaigns, contacts, templates, automations, A/B tests, signup forms, landing pages and the unified inbox. Analytics tools cover delivery and engagement metrics, revenue attribution, monetization, and deliverability audits including SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks. It also ships 8 prompts, 4 read-only resources and 8 agent skills.
- When to use it
- Use it when an assistant should operate a MisarMail account: drafting and sending mail, launching or scheduling campaigns, importing and cleaning contacts, building automations, running A/B tests, or diagnosing spam and deliverability problems. It suits marketing and lifecycle email work rather than general-purpose messaging.
- Requirements
- Runs locally over stdio via the npm package @misarmail/mcp (Node.js and npx required), or as a remote Streamable HTTP endpoint. Needs a MisarMail account and either the MISARMAIL_API_KEY environment variable or a browser login that stores the key in ~/.misarmail/config.json. Self-hosted instances set MISARMAIL_BASE_URL. Network access is required. Desktop only; no web executable.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Misarmail Mcp in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
Other MCP clients
Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

Install
Smithery (recommended)

Manual (any client)
Ready-made configs for every client live in connectors/.
Remote (no install)
Authentication
Two options — no copy-paste needed for the first:
- Browser login. Start the server with no key and run the
logintool. It opens the MisarMail consent screen, you review the requested permissions, and the key is delivered straight back and saved to~/.misarmail/config.json. - API key. Create one at https://mail.misar.io/developers and set
MISARMAIL_API_KEY.
Self-hosted instances: set MISARMAIL_BASE_URL.
Tools
Prompts
Reusable workflows your client exposes as slash-commands.
Resources
Read-only context an agent can attach without spending a tool call.
Agent skills
Bundled in skills/ — guidance an agent loads when a task matches.
Safety
Destructive and irreversible actions are annotated (destructiveHint) so
clients can prompt before running them. The skills instruct agents to confirm
before anything that sends mail, publishes content, or is otherwise visible to
other people.
Discovery (initialize, tools/list, prompts/list, resources/list)
never requires credentials, so registries can index the server without one.
Every action does.

Score
50% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
- Reached in the last 30 days25 pts
Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.
- Auth declared10 pts
Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
- Tools listed15 pts
Answer tools/list without a credential, or ship a package that starts in a sandbox without one.
