ImagePay MCP: 40 x402 paid API tools (OCR, PDF, image, QR, tabular, web). Pay per call on Base.
Overview
ImagePay MCP exposes 40 paid API tools for OCR, PDF, image, QR, tabular, web and utility tasks, each billed per call via x402 on Base.
- What you can do
- Extract text from images with OCR and read, split or merge PDFs and their metadata. Apply image filters and transforms, generate or decode QR codes, compute perceptual hashes, detect faces, crop, resize, watermark, and read or strip EXIF. Convert between CSV, JSON, XML and YAML. Fetch URL metadata such as title, description and OpenGraph tags. Run small utilities: JWT decode, cron-next calculation, unit conversion and slugify.
- When to use it
- Useful when an assistant needs occasional document, image or format-conversion processing without signing up for a service or holding an API key, and the client can settle x402 micro-payments per call.
- Requirements
- A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local runtime, API key, signup or subscription. The MCP client must be x402-aware and able to pay per call on Base, and network access to the endpoint is required.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open ImagePay MCP in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.neuralmint%2Fimagepay-mcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

ImagePay MCP
An MCP server that exposes the ImagePay x402 marketplace — 40 paid API tools — to any MCP-capable agent.
What it does
Each tool is gated by an x402 micro-payment on Base. Call a tool; the server returns a 402 with signed payment terms; your x402-enabled client pays per call. No API key, no subscription, no signup.
Tools (40)
- OCR — image → text
- PDF — text, metadata, page split, merge
- Image — filters, transforms, QR generate/decode, palette, perceptual hash, face-detect, crop, resize, watermark, EXIF read/strip
- Tabular — csv↔json, xml→json, yaml→json
- Web — URL metadata (title/description/OpenGraph)
- Utilities — JWT decode, cron-next, unit conversion, slugify
Endpoint
Transport: streamable HTTP. A bare MCP client initialize + tools/list returns all 40 tools. Unpaid calls return x402 payment terms (the server is Bazaar-native under resource type mcp).
Using it
Point any x402-aware MCP client at the URL above. Example (TypeScript SDK):
Self-hosting
The upstream server is open-source (Hermes Agent project). This repo only holds the registry metadata; the live service runs elsewhere.

85% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
