A remote MCP server that lets an assistant search the iHerb supplement catalog, read product details, and look up evidence-graded ingredient research.
What you can do
Search products by natural-language query, benefit, ingredient or brand, and browse categories with live product counts and top-rated in-stock listings by category slug. Retrieve full product details by numeric iHerb product ID, including supplement facts, ingredients, warnings, serving info and an affiliate purchase link. Find products containing a specific ingredient or compound, with research context when the ingredient is recognised. Look up evidence-graded ingredient research from a curated registry of 99 ingredients: goals, mechanisms, evidence grade and suggested search terms.
When to use it
Useful when comparing or researching supplements, checking what a product contains, or grounding nutrition and ingredient questions in a product catalog and an evidence-graded ingredient registry.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, environment variables or headers are declared. No authentication is declared. Network access to the endpoint is required.
Before you install
Product details include an affiliate purchase link, so results may carry commercial promotion. The catalog and ingredient research are third-party curated data and should not be treated as medical advice. No authentication is declared, so queries are not tied to a verified account.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.okyalos76%2Finutriplan-mcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Search the iHerb product database using a natural-language query, benefit
keyword, ingredient name, or brand name.
Uses the PostgreSQL GIN full-text search index first (fast, relevance-ranked),
then falls back to a broader ILIKE scan if FTS yields no results.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
