A supported client (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Claude.ai/Desktop, ChatGPT developer mode) and an account on the service. Uploads accept PDF, JPG, PNG and HEIC documents.
Before you install
Requires OAuth sign-in to an account that stores uploaded mortgage documents and typed mortgage data. Several tools write: creating mortgages, issuing upload tickets, generating dashboards, updating metadata, creating public read-only share links (which can be revoked), asking questions and reporting problems. Uploaded offers feed a consented pool used for market comparisons. Output is statistics, not financial advice.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Mashkanta-Buddy (משכנתא באדי) in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Important Disclosure: Mashkanta-Buddy is an automated software tool, not a licensed mortgage advisor (כלי אוטומטי, אינו יועץ) and not financial advice.
