Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Anole AI Visibility in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Anole AI Visibility connector

Connect your Anole account to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, Cursor, VS Code and any other MCP client. Anole makes websites discoverable and citable by AI assistants: it audits every sitemap URL for AI readiness, serves llms.txt for your site and hosts Markdown pages written for LLMs. With the connector you review the audit, find the weakest pages, analyse content for SEO and GEO, compare a page with the top 10 search results for a phrase, and create, AI-generate and publish Markdown pages without leaving the chat.

Server URL: https://anole.app/mcp/ (remote, Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1). Nothing to install or run locally and no API key to copy: you sign in with your Anole account and approve access. A free Anole account can read; adding sites and creating or publishing pages from the chat is part of the Own Key plan.

This repository contains only the connector manifests, skills and documentation. The Anole service itself runs at anole.app.

Lists the websites (domains) in the Anole account with their crawl status and average score.

Takes no parameters.

Returns the Anole plan, plan limits, AI credit balance and site usage of the account.

Get site overview

Crawl statistics, average AI-readiness score, llms.txt coverage and document counts for one site.

Runs the Anole SEO, readability and GEO analyzer on Markdown, HTML or a page URL of the site. Returns a 0-100 score, a traffic light and per-check results. Does not save anything.

compare_with_top_results

Compare page with top search results

Compares a page of the site with the pages ranking in the top 10 for a search phrase: title, meta description, H1-H3 structure and heading topics, word count, paragraphs, links, images, dates and structured data. Returns the client values, medians for the top results, a list of gaps ordered by impact and heading topics the top results cover that the page does not. Uses competitor_urls when given (for example from a web search); otherwise Anole fetches the current Google top 10 when its search API is configured. Analysed pages count towards the plan quota (see get_account).
