Overview

AI-generated overview

Lets an assistant create, schedule and publish social posts, manage accounts and read analytics through Content Rabbit.

What you can do
Exposes Content Rabbit's social publishing capabilities as MCP tools. An assistant can create posts, schedule them for later, publish them, manage connected social accounts, and read analytics. It works over a remote endpoint or a local stdio package that calls the public REST API.
When to use it
Use it when you want an assistant to draft, schedule or publish social media content and to pull engagement analytics without switching to a separate dashboard. It suits teams already using Content Rabbit for social account management.
Requirements
Runs either as a remote streamable HTTP endpoint or as a local npm package (@contentrabbit/mcp-server, stdio transport). Authentication is required: a Content Rabbit team API key supplied as CONTENTRABBIT_API_KEY or as an Authorization Bearer token, or OAuth 2.1 login and consent for clients such as ChatGPT and Claude. Network access to the Content Rabbit REST API is needed.
Before you install
The server handles social account access and analytics. It requires a secret API key (CONTENTRABBIT_API_KEY) or an Authorization Bearer token; OAuth clients log in and consent instead. Publishing and scheduling write to live social accounts, so review what will be posted before approving actions. Analytics data is read from the provider's service.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Content Rabbit in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.pooriaarab%2Fcontent-rabbit/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.
