AutomationNation data tools (via Apify)
io.github.retracnv1.0.0Updated Oct 3, 2026
Google Trends, Google Jobs, AI Overview citations, UK business leads and app review AI, one server.
Overview
Gives an assistant five Apify-hosted data tools: Google Trends, Google Jobs, AI Overview citations, UK business leads and app review summaries.
- What it does
- This is Apify's hosted MCP endpoint loaded with AutomationNation's Actors, so an assistant can call them as tools. The bundled tools cover Google Trends interest over time, by region and city, rising queries and Trending now; Google Jobs search with salaries, full descriptions and employer apply links across 26 countries; checking whether Google AI Overviews cite a website and who is cited instead; UK business leads from Google Maps with emails, phones and Companies House directors; and App Store and Google Play reviews summarised into bugs, feature requests and critical issues.
- When to use it
- Worth adding when you want an assistant to pull public search, jobs, local-business or app-store data on demand rather than browsing manually. Useful for market and SEO research, lead gathering, hiring research and app feedback triage.
- Requirements
- A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at mcp.apify.com; no local runtime needed. Requires a free Apify account and an Apify API token sent as the Authorization header in the form Bearer token. Clients supporting MCP OAuth can sign in with Apify instead. Network access to Apify is required.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open AutomationNation data tools (via Apify) in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

AutomationNation MCP servers
MCP server listings for AutomationNation's Apify Actors, published to the official MCP Registry. Each server is Apify's hosted MCP endpoint loaded with one Actor, so an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, …) can call it as a tool.
Connect
You need a free Apify account and its API token. Usage is billed per result by each Actor (see its Store page); Apify's free plan includes $5 of credit a month.
Remote (streamable HTTP):
Clients that support MCP OAuth (e.g. Claude) can use the URL alone and sign in with Apify.
Claude Desktop / Cursor (local):
Swap the Actor name for any other in the table, or list several separated by commas.
How these listings are published
servers/*/server.json follow the server.json schema. The GitHub Actions workflow publishes them to the MCP Registry with GitHub OIDC whenever they change; bump version to publish an update.
