UGCHooks MCP: turn product links into TikTok and Reels post batches; read hooks and captions.

VerifiedStreamable HTTPWeb executableBusiness & CommerceMedia & Design

Overview

AI-generated overview

UGCHooks MCP turns a product link into TikTok and Reels post batches and lets an assistant read hooks, captions and render links.

What you can do
  • Read account profile details such as email and remaining credits
  • List and read post batches with hooks, slide text, captions, hashtags and saved render links
  • Create a batch from a product link, producing a brief and the first 10 posts
  • Write additional parts of batches that were already unlocked
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to draft short-form video post batches from product links, or to review and extend existing UGCHooks batches without leaving the chat.
Requirements
A UGCHooks account with OAuth sign-in and explicit consent approval. Remote use needs a client that supports remote MCP at the fixed endpoint; local use needs Node.js 22 or newer via the npm package or the desktop bundle. No API keys or environment variables are declared.
Before you install
The server reads account data (email, credits) and batch content, and create_batch and write_part add new batches and parts to your account. It states it does not spend credits, unlock batches or publish posts. OAuth tokens are stored locally and should be treated as credentials; existing connections must reconnect and approve the new permissions. Revoke access from the UGCHooks connections page when done.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Saeedmsdi Ugchooks in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.saeedmsdi-ugchooks%2Fmcp-server/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

UGCHooks MCP

Paste a product link, get 100 TikToks and Reels: slideshows, reaction hook videos and GIF memes with captions.

get_profile reads your email and credits. list_batches and get_batch read your post batches with hooks, slide text, captions, hashtags and saved render links. create_batch turns a product link into a brief and the first 10 posts; write_part writes parts of batches you unlocked. No credit spending, unlocking or posting.

Remote MCP

Use https://ugchooks.app/mcp in a client that supports remote MCP with OAuth. Sign in to UGCHooks and explicitly approve the connection.

Claude Desktop and other stdio clients

Requires Node.js 22 or newer. Add this configuration:

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "ugchooks": {      "command": "npx",      "args": [        "-y",        "ugchooks-mcp"      ]    }  }}

Or install the .mcpb file from Releases in your desktop client's Extensions settings. The connector opens your browser for sign-in. If the consent page asks you to sign in, use its new-tab link, then return and refresh the consent page.

Privacy and permissions

Existing profile-only connections must reconnect and approve the new permissions to use content tools. The consent screen lists the requested permissions. Your product password and provider credentials are not requested by this package. The pinned mcp-remote bridge handles OAuth, PKCE and local token storage. It connects only to the fixed endpoint above; command-line endpoint overrides are not supported. OAuth tokens are stored locally by mcp-remote and should be treated as credentials.

Revoke a connection at UGCHooks MCP connections.

Development and publishing

Run npm ci and npm test. GitHub Actions publishes a new package version using the organization’s NPM_TOKEN secret, then builds and releases the desktop bundle. Keep package.json, manifest.json, server/config.json and server.json versions aligned.

Marketplace approval is separate from npm publication. See the product’s submission notes for endpoint tests and review prerequisites.
