Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that connects an AI assistant to a unified inbox across WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Email, Livechat and voice, plus a workspace knowledge…

What you can do
  • Read and search message history, threads and conversations across channels
  • Send, forward and delete messages
  • Find, discover, sync and view contact profiles
  • Search workspace knowledge and query knowledge-graph entities and relationships
  • Trigger AI agents, simulate inbound messages and approve drafts
  • Access files, calendar, calls, voice, browser automation and YouTube tools
When to use it
Useful when an assistant should work inside a shared multi-channel inbox: summarizing or searching customer conversations, drafting and sending replies, looking up contacts, or pulling workspace knowledge and agent output into one place.
Requirements
Remote endpoint at api.dialogbrain.com over Streamable HTTP; no local package. Requires a DialogBrain account and OAuth 2.0 sign-in with dynamic client registration; the token is scoped to one workspace. Network access to the service is needed.
Before you install
The server can send, forward and delete messages and sync contacts, so actions affect real conversations and third-party channels. Tools that touch external APIs are flagged open-world, and delete tools are flagged destructive. Access is granted per workspace and can be revoked from the account's developer settings.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Dialogbrain in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.saloprj%2Fdialogbrain/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

Quick start

Claude Desktop / Claude.ai (web)

Add as a Custom Connector with URL https://api.dialogbrain.com/mcp. Sign in via OAuth when prompted.

ChatGPT (Apps)

In the ChatGPT Apps directory, search for "DialogBrain" (pending review). Or add as a Custom MCP Server with the same URL.

Authentication

OAuth 2.0 with Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591). Your MCP client registers automatically and is granted an access token scoped to one DialogBrain workspace. Revoke at any time from Settings → Developer in app.dialogbrain.com.

Tool annotations

Every tool exposes accurate MCP hint annotations:

  • readOnlyHint — true for read tools (threads.list, messages.read_history, kg.find_entity, …)
  • destructiveHint — true for delete tools (messages.delete, widgets.delete, …)
  • openWorldHint — true for tools that touch third-party APIs (messages.send, web.search, contacts.sync, …)
  • idempotentHint — derived from read-only/delete-by-id semantics

See server.json for the registry manifest and gemini-extension.json for Gemini CLI integration.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
