Before you install

The hosted endpoint is third-party infrastructure, so clinical text and code queries are sent to it and on to the WHO API; avoid submitting identifiable patient information. Autocoded results are suggestions with confidence scores, not verified diagnoses. Self-hosting requires the WHO_CLIENT_ID and WHO_CLIENT_SECRET secrets, which should be kept out of source control.
