Verified knowledge base for AI agents — stop hallucinations with certified facts.
Overview
A local MCP server that gives an assistant a verified knowledge base of certified facts, with an optional API key for submitting new claims.
- What you can do
- Look up certified facts from a verified knowledge base to ground answers and reduce hallucination, based on the registry description; no individual tools are listed in the manifest. Optionally submit a new claim for verification when an API key is configured. Read-only lookups are described as not requiring the key.
- When to use it
- Useful when an assistant needs to check or ground factual claims against a curated, verified source rather than relying on model memory, and when you may occasionally want to submit a claim for certification.
- Requirements
- Runs as a local process on the user's machine, installed from the npm package swiss-truth-mcp over stdio. Node.js is needed for the npm package. An optional SWISS_TRUTH_API_KEY environment variable enables write operations; read-only tools are described as not requiring it. Desktop only.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Swiss Truth Mcp in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.

Score
25% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
- Reached in the last 30 days25 pts
Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.
- Auth declared10 pts
Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
- Tools listed15 pts
Answer tools/list without a credential, or ship a package that starts in a sandbox without one.
