Requirements
Runs either as a remote streamable HTTP endpoint or as a local Python package (stamp-mcp) over stdio. No authentication, environment variables, or headers are declared. NTP reachability is needed for verified timestamps; otherwise the local clock is used and the record notes which.
Before you install
The attest and verify tools are tamper-evident hashing, not a signature or notarization service, so anyone can recompute a hash; treat them as integrity checks only. Time accuracy depends on NTP reachability, and records fall back to the local clock when it is unavailable. The drift log accumulates samples from repeated time queries.

Installation
