Official Mexican data for AI agents: CURP, RFC, CFDI, postal codes, phone, SPEI/CEP, DOF, geocoding.
Overview
Remote MCP server giving AI assistants read-only lookups of official Mexican data: CURP, RFC, CFDI, postal codes, phones, SPEI receipts, DOF and geocoding.
- What you can do
- Validate CURP records and run CURP batch lookups with progress and cancellation tools (RENAPO).
- When to use it
- Use it when an assistant needs authoritative Mexican identity, tax, address, phone, payment-receipt, official-gazette or geocoding answers, for example validating a CURP or RFC, checking a CFDI, searching the DOF, or geocoding an address.
- Requirements
- A remote StreamableHTTP endpoint; an account and API key from the provider's console, sent as an Authorization Bearer header (OAuth also supported); prepaid credit topped up via SPEI, since most tools are billed per call in MXN.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Tlaloc Mcp in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.tlaloc-sh%2Ftlaloc-mcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

Tlaloc MCP Server
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, and any AI assistant to official Mexican data.
The Tlaloc MCP (Model Context Protocol) server gives AI assistants and agents live, authenticated access to official Mexican data sources: CURP (RENAPO), RFC (SAT), postal codes (SEPOMEX), phone numbers (IFT), SPEI payment receipts / CEP (Banxico), CFDI status (SAT), semantic search over the Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF), and geocoding with the official Mexican geostatistical framework (INEGI/INE). Pay per call in MXN via SPEI — no credit card, no subscription.
22 read-only tools, one API key. This is a data lookup server — an assistant asks a question and gets an authoritative answer. It is not a KYC/onboarding workflow platform: there are no sessions to create, no state to manage, nothing to write.
Why
- AI-native. Validate a CURP, verify an RFC, search the DOF, or geocode an address straight from your assistant or agent — no glue code.
- Official sources. RENAPO, SAT, SEPOMEX, IFT, Banxico, DOF, INEGI/INE.
- The full Mexican catalog. Identity, tax, addresses, payments, the official gazette
and the geostatistical framework — under one
tlmx_API key. - Fair, transparent pricing. Pay per call, published per tool (below). Prepaid via SPEI, no minimum, no monthly fee.
Quick start
- Create an account and generate an API key at https://console.tlaloc.sh (keys look
like
tlmx_...). - Add the server to your MCP client:
Claude Code
Claude Desktop / other MCP clients (JSON config)
- Endpoint:
https://api.tlaloc.sh/mx/mcp - Transport: StreamableHTTP (HTTP)
- Auth:
Authorization: Bearer tlmx_YOUR_API_KEY(OAuth is also supported)
More ready-to-run snippets (curl, Python, JavaScript, Claude Desktop config) live in
examples/.
