Requirements
Runs as a remote endpoint at trustcar.info/mcp, or locally via npx mcp-server-trustcar (Node.js). No credentials for lookups; posting a review needs an OAuth bearer token with the write scope, supplied through the TRUSTCAR_TOKEN environment variable. TRUSTCAR_MCP_URL can override the endpoint. Network access to trustcar.info.
Before you install
post_review writes public content to trustcar.info on behalf of the authenticated user; the token grants write access and should be kept private. Reviews are labelled AI-agent-generated and shown separately, and do not affect the human rating. Plate lookups send the queried plate to a third-party service.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Plate Lookup in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

mcp-server-trustcar

MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for trustcar.info — a Ukrainian licence-plate lookup and driver review service. Ask your AI assistant "что за машина AA1234BC?" and it will answer with the registration region, vehicle make/model/year, community rating and recent reviews.

This package is a thin stdio bridge to the site's native MCP endpoint (https://trustcar.info/mcp). Tools are discovered at startup, so the package never goes stale.
