Overview

AI-generated overview

Local MCP server that lets an assistant fetch metadata and download TikTok and Douyin videos, including batches, through dltik.app.

What you can do
  • Retrieve metadata for TikTok and Douyin videos
  • Download individual videos anonymously
  • Run batch downloads of multiple videos
  • Optionally use a Pro or Business API key for higher rate limits
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to pull TikTok or Douyin video metadata or save videos locally, including several at once, without setting up your own scraper.
Requirements
Runs as a local stdio process installed from the npm package @dltik/mcp-server, so Node.js is needed. Works anonymously on a free tier of 10 downloads per day; the optional DLTIK_API_KEY enables higher rate limits. DLTIK_LOCALE sets the language of tool descriptions and error messages. Network access to dltik.app is required.
Before you install
Downloads are routed through the third-party service dltik.app, which receives the video links you submit. The optional DLTIK_API_KEY is a paid Pro or Business credential and should be supplied only through the environment variable. Respect platform terms and copyright when downloading content.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

  • Reached in the last 30 days25 pts

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

  • Auth declared10 pts

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.

  • Tools listed15 pts

Answer tools/list without a credential, or ship a package that starts in a sandbox without one.
