Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote Huntertech MCP server that lets an assistant look up vendor outage incidents and plan pricing.

What you can do
List monitored vendors that have public incident data, with id, name, category and website. Get ongoing and monitoring incidents for one vendor, or the latest incidents across all monitored vendors. Retrieve the public plan catalog and pricing. After signing in, access plan-gated tools such as resolved incident history.
When to use it
Useful when you need a quick view of which monitored vendors currently have ongoing or monitoring incidents, such as checking whether Cloudflare, Zscaler or similar services are down during troubleshooting. Also for looking up Huntertech plans and pricing, or for resolved history after signing in.
Requirements
Remote endpoint over streamable HTTP; no local package. Public tools need no authentication; plan-gated tools such as resolved history require signing in with a Huntertech API key or MCP OAuth. Network access required.
Before you install
Without signing in, only up to 5 ongoing and monitoring incidents are returned; history and other features depend on the plan. Signing in requires a Huntertech API key or OAuth authorization, which are account credentials. Tools are read-only and offer no checkout, coupons or quotes. Incident data comes from third-party vendor status and may be incomplete.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Huntertech in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.huntertech%2Fvendor-insights/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
