Overview

AI-generated overview

A read-only remote MCP server for the RocketChange crypto and fiat exchange, letting an assistant look up pay methods, rates, limits, reserves and exchange link

What you can do
List pay methods the client can give or receive, filtered by name, currency, code or network, and show what can be received for a given method code. Get a quote for an exchange pair and amount, returning both amounts, the rate, limits, the requisites the site will ask for and an exchange link. Look up the exchange itself: site, terms, support contacts, and independent monitors and review sites with ratings and reviews. Check how much of each currency the exchange can pay out now, by currency and method.
When to use it
Useful when someone wants to compare or plan a crypto or fiat exchange on RocketChange: checking available methods, current rates and limits, or whether the exchange looks trustworthy, before completing the exchange themselves on the site.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at rocketchange.io over streamable HTTP; no package, account, API key or environment variable is declared. Network access to the site is needed.
Before you install
The tools are described as read-only: the assistant cannot create a bid or make a payment, and the person completes the exchange on the site via the exchange link. Rates move, so final amounts are fixed only when the bid is created on the site. Methods marked needs_verification require full KYC on the site first. The server instructs assistants not to ask for card numbers, wallet addresses or passwords.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open RocketChange exchange in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.rocketchange%2Fexchange/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
