Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted Aqarsas server for searching Saudi real estate transactions, market statistics, top sales, property histories and nearby comparable deals.

What you can do
  • Search registered Saudi real estate transactions by date, region, city, district, plan, unit, category, property type, price and area
  • Aggregate deal counts, total value or total area by category and property type for a date range and area
  • Rank transactions by total price, price per m² or area, highest or lowest first
  • Look up a land plot or property with its full transaction history, or find recent deals near a reference property
  • Check monthly usage, request a missing feature, upgrade or cancel a subscription
When to use it
Useful when you need Saudi real estate market evidence: district-level deal values, most expensive or cheapest sales, a property's deal history, or comparable sales around a specific plot.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local install. Connect with the URL only and sign in through OAuth with your Aqarsas credentials; on first connect you supply an Aqarsas API key issued by Aqarsas support, which the server stores per user. Free plan allows 50 tool calls per month.
Before you install
The server asks for your Aqarsas credentials and an Aqarsas API key, which it stores per user. Meta tools can start a paid subscription through a Stripe Checkout link, change Pro to Pro+, or cancel; upgrades charge the price difference immediately and cancellations give no refund for the current period. Feature requests are recorded on your behalf. Search results are capped at 5,000 rows and RER deal ids are masked.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Aqarsas MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Faqarsas/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

README

Aqarsas MCP by usefulapi

Use your Aqarsas account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. It reads registered Saudi real estate deals, market statistics, top sales, property histories and nearby comparable sales. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Live endpoint: https://aqarsas.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://aqarsas.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http aqarsas https://aqarsas.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:
json
{  "mcpServers": {    "aqarsas": {      "url": "https://aqarsas.usefulapi.io/mcp"    }  }}

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your Aqarsas credentials.

Step-by-step setup, where to find your credentials, and FAQ: https://usefulapi.io/aqarsas/

On first connect you provide an Aqarsas API key, which Aqarsas support issues. The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.

Each paid plan covers this server only. Ask your AI to run aqarsas_upgrade and choose Pro or Pro+, billed monthly or yearly (it returns a Stripe Checkout link). If you already have Pro, ask to change it to Pro+. The change requires your confirmation, keeps your billing interval and charges the price difference for the rest of the period immediately. Cancel any time with aqarsas_cancel_subscription: your paid plan continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period, and asking to resume the same plan with aqarsas_upgrade before then undoes the cancel. Search real estate transactions

Search registered Saudi real estate transactions by date, region, city, district, plan, unit, category, property type, price and area. aqarsas_get_property_details

Look up a land plot or property and return up to 5 matching records, each with its full transaction history (up to 100 deals per record). Use rer_realestate_number when known; otherwise give state, city, m566 and unit, and area to rank close matches. Spatial fields (coordinates, elevation, zoning) appear only for accounts with spatial access. Aqarsas API: POST /propertydetails/.
