Churchsuite
io.usefulapiv1.0.0Updated Oct 8, 2026
Read ChurchSuite contacts, children, small groups, rotas, events and attendance; add contact notes.
Overview
Lets an assistant read ChurchSuite church data — contacts, children, groups, rotas, events and attendance — and add contact notes.
- What it does
- A hosted MCP server that connects to a ChurchSuite account and exposes read tools for the address book, children and their groups, small groups and members, calendar events and categories, rota ministries, teams, members and unavailability, service plans and plan items, giving funds, and attendance gatherings and records. One write tool adds a note to a contact. Meta tools report usage and manage a paid subscription.
- When to use it
- Useful when an assistant needs to look up church membership, group, rota, event or attendance information from ChurchSuite, or to record a contact note, without opening the ChurchSuite interface. It is aimed at churches and staff already using ChurchSuite.
- Requirements
- A remote endpoint; no local install. Requires a ChurchSuite API user's client ID and client secret, supplied on first connect and stored per user by the service. Network access to the hosted endpoint is needed.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Churchsuite in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Add to Claude
On first connect you'll provide your ChurchSuite API user's client ID and client secret. Your credentials are validated, stored per-user, and scoped to you — no keys in config files.
Tools
read tools are read-only; write tools mutate data (clients should confirm them); meta tools report usage or manage your subscription.
Pricing
Pro covers this server only. Subscribe with churchsuite_upgrade (it returns a Stripe Checkout link). Cancel any time with churchsuite_cancel_subscription: Pro continues to the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period, and running churchsuite_upgrade before then undoes the cancel. Or write to [email protected].
