eDesk MCP by usefulapi
io.usefulapiv1.0.0Updated Oct 10, 2026
Work with eDesk support tickets, replies, internal notes, contacts and sales orders.
Overview
Lets an assistant read and update eDesk support tickets, replies, internal notes, contacts, templates and sales orders.
- What it does
- A hosted MCP server for the eDesk helpdesk. Read tools list and fetch users, channels, tag groups, tags, reply templates, tickets, messages, contacts, sales orders and order notes. Write tools update tickets, add internal ticket notes, reply to customers and add order notes. Meta tools report usage, request a feature, and manage a Pro subscription.
- When to use it
- Use it when an assistant should work inside eDesk support workflows: looking up ticket and contact context, drafting or sending replies, leaving internal notes, or checking sales orders. It is a hosted service, so it suits users who want no local install and are willing to sign in with their own eDesk account.
- Requirements
- A remote MCP endpoint; no local package or runtime. Connect with the server URL only, then sign in through the OAuth login page using your own eDesk credentials. No API key or Authorization header is added to the client config. Network access to the hosted endpoint is required.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open eDesk MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
