Fillout
io.usefulapiv1.0.0Updated Sep 29, 2026
Read Fillout forms and submissions, export responses, and create submissions and webhooks.
Overview
Lets an assistant read Fillout forms and submissions, export responses, and create submissions and webhooks through a hosted endpoint.
- What it does
- Connects to a hosted Fillout MCP endpoint that exposes read tools for listing forms, getting form questions and metadata, listing, getting, counting and exporting submissions, plus write tools for creating submissions and creating or removing submission webhooks. Two meta tools report usage status and manage a Pro upgrade. It runs remotely, so no local install is needed.
- When to use it
- Useful when you work with Fillout forms and want an assistant to inspect form structure, review or export responses, or programmatically add submissions and webhooks without leaving the chat client. It fits teams already using Fillout who want conversational access to their form data.
- Requirements
- A remote MCP client pointed at the hosted endpoint. You must supply your own Fillout API key (from Settings, Developer) and your data region (US or EU) on first connect; credentials are validated and stored per user rather than in config files. Network access to the endpoint is required.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Fillout in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

Fillout MCP by usefulapi
Use Fillout from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client — read forms and their questions, list, count and export submissions, and create submissions and webhooks. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own Fillout credentials.
Live endpoint: https://fillout.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io/fillout
Add to Claude
On first connect you'll provide your Fillout API key (Settings → Developer) and your data region (US or EU). They're validated, stored per-user, and scoped to you — no keys in config files.
Tools
read tools are read-only; write tools mutate data (clients should confirm them); meta tools report usage or manage your subscription.
