Happyfox
io.usefulapiv1.0.0Updated Sep 30, 2026
Triage HappyFox tickets, contacts and KB articles, run reports, and reply or add private notes.
Overview
Lets an assistant read and update HappyFox help-desk tickets, contacts, knowledge-base articles and reports.
- What it does
- Connects an assistant to a HappyFox help desk through a hosted MCP endpoint. Read tools list or fetch tickets, contacts, contact groups, categories, agents, statuses, priorities, custom fields, reports and knowledge-base articles. Write tools create tickets and contacts, edit contacts, reply to a ticket as an agent, add private notes, and change ticket tags or custom fields. Meta tools report usage and manage the subscription.
- When to use it
- Useful when support work happens in HappyFox and you want an assistant to triage tickets, look up contacts or KB articles, pull report data, or draft replies and notes without switching to the web UI. Less useful if you do not use HappyFox as your help desk.
- Requirements
- A remote MCP endpoint; no local install. You supply your HappyFox help-desk subdomain, region, API key and auth code (created under Manage, Integrations, API). Credentials are validated and stored per user rather than in config files. Network access to the endpoint is required.
Installation

- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
