Lets an assistant read and manage Housecall Pro customers, jobs, estimates, invoices and leads, and schedule or dispatch jobs.

What it does

A hosted MCP server for Housecall Pro field-service data. Read tools cover the company, customers, jobs, job line items, invoices, estimates, employees, leads, job types, tags and price book services. Write tools create or update customers and addresses, create jobs, reschedule or dispatch jobs, add job notes, and create estimates and leads. Two meta tools report usage and manage the subscription.

When to use it

Use it when an assistant should answer questions about Housecall Pro customers, jobs, estimates or invoices, or carry out scheduling and dispatch work such as creating a job, rescheduling it, or assigning it to employees. It suits teams already running Housecall Pro who want conversational access instead of the web app.

Requirements

A remote MCP endpoint; no local install. You connect with your own Housecall Pro API key, obtained from My Apps, API Key Management, on a MAX plan. The key is validated and stored per user rather than in config files. Network access to the hosted endpoint is required.
