Intakeq
io.usefulapiv1.0.0Updated Sep 30, 2026
Search clients, appointments, intakes, notes and invoices in IntakeQ, and book or cancel visits.
Overview
Lets an assistant search IntakeQ clients, appointments, intake forms, notes and invoices, and book, reschedule or cancel visits.
- What it does
- A hosted MCP server for the IntakeQ practice-management platform. Read tools search clients, list and fetch appointments, intake forms, questionnaire templates, practitioners, treatment notes and invoices, and retrieve a client's diagnoses and booking settings. Write tools create or update clients, tag clients, create, update or cancel appointments, and send intake questionnaires. Two meta tools report usage and manage the subscription.
- When to use it
- Useful for practices or staff already on IntakeQ who want an assistant to look up client and appointment details, review intake forms and treatment notes, check invoices, or schedule and reschedule visits without opening the IntakeQ interface.
- Requirements
- A remote MCP endpoint; no local install. Requires an IntakeQ API key from an account owner on a paid IntakeQ plan, entered on first connect and stored per user. Network access to the hosted endpoint.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Intakeq in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
