Overview
Lets an assistant read and write NexHealth dental practice data such as appointments, patients, providers, and locations.
- What it does
- A hosted MCP endpoint that connects an assistant to NexHealth practice management data. Read tools list and fetch locations, providers, patients, appointments, appointment slots and types, operatories, insurance plans and coverages, procedures, and sync status. Write tools create patients, book appointments, and update appointments.
- When to use it
- Useful when an assistant needs to look up or manage NexHealth scheduling and patient records, for example checking availability, finding a patient, or booking and updating appointments without leaving the chat.
- Requirements
- No local install; connect to the remote endpoint at On first connect you paste your NexHealth credentials, which are validated and stored per user. Network access is required.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Nexhealth in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
