Pipeline CRM MCP by usefulapi
io.usefulapiv1.0.0Updated Oct 11, 2026
Manage Pipeline CRM deals, people, companies, notes and calendar entries.
Overview
Lets an assistant read and update Pipeline CRM deals, people, companies, notes, and calendar entries through a hosted remote endpoint.
- What it does
- Connects an MCP client to a hosted Pipeline CRM integration. Read tools list and fetch deals, people, companies, notes, calendar entries, users, deal stages, pipelines, and lookup values, plus deal totals by stage. Write tools create and update deals, people, companies, notes, and calendar entries. Meta tools report usage, request features, and manage a Pro subscription.
- When to use it
- Useful when a team already works in Pipeline CRM and wants an assistant to look up pipeline data, summarize deals, or draft and apply record updates without leaving the chat client. It is a hosted service, so it suits users who prefer no local install.
- Requirements
- A remote MCP client that supports streamable HTTP. No local runtime or package install. Sign-in is by OAuth through the server's login page, which asks for Pipeline CRM credentials; the client config should contain only the endpoint URL, with no Authorization header or API key.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Pipeline CRM MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.
