Shopmonkey

Lets an assistant look up and create Shopmonkey shop records such as customers, vehicles, work orders, appointments and parts.

What it does

A hosted MCP server for Shopmonkey shop management. Read tools search and fetch customers by name, phone or email, list a customer's vehicles and orders, get vehicles, orders, order services, appointments, inventory parts, canned services, workflow statuses and users. Write tools create or update customers, add customer emails, create vehicles, create or update orders, and book appointments. Two meta tools report usage and manage the subscription.

When to use it

Useful for service shops or their staff who want an assistant to answer questions about customers, vehicles, orders and parts stock, or to draft new customers, orders and appointments without opening the Shopmonkey interface.

Requirements

A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local install. Requires a Shopmonkey API key created by a shop admin under Settings, Integration, API Keys, supplied on first connect and stored per user. Network access to the hosted endpoint.
