Smile Io
io.usefulapiv1.0.0Updated Sep 30, 2026
Look up loyalty customers, points history, rewards and VIP tiers, and add points or activities.
Overview
Lets an assistant read Smile.io loyalty data — customers, points, rewards, VIP tiers — and adjust points or record activities.
- What it does
- Connects to a hosted Smile.io loyalty API and exposes read tools for customers, points transactions, points products, reward fulfillments, earning rules, VIP tiers, and points and referral settings. Three write tools adjust a customer's points balance, record a customer activity, and redeem a customer's points for a reward. Two meta tools report usage and manage the subscription.
- When to use it
- Useful when an assistant needs to answer questions about loyalty program members, points balances and history, rewards, or VIP tiers, or to make specific points adjustments and record activities without opening the Smile.io admin. Read-only use is the safer default; add it when loyalty data is part of the workflow.
- Requirements
- Remote hosted endpoint; no local install. Requires a Smile.io merchant API key, entered on first connect and stored per user. Network access to the hosted endpoint.
Installation
In SourceWeft

- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Smile.io MCP by usefulapi
Use Smile.io from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client — look up loyalty customers, points balances and history, ways to earn and redeem, issued rewards and VIP tiers, and adjust points. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own Smile.io credentials.
Live endpoint: https://smile-io.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io/smile-io
Add to Claude
On first connect you'll provide your Smile.io merchant API key (Smile Admin → Settings → Developer tools → API keys). They're validated, stored per-user, and scoped to you — no keys in config files.
