Sortly

Lets an assistant search Sortly inventory items and folders, check stock levels and alerts, and manage jobs and purchase orders.

What it does

Connects an assistant to a Sortly inventory account through a hosted endpoint. Read tools list and search items and folders, show recently updated items, custom fields, units, alerts, jobs and purchase orders, and report a purchase order's receive status. Write tools create and update items or folders, move stock between folders, create alerts and jobs, pull items into or return them from a job, and draft purchase orders. Two meta tools report usage and manage the subscription.

When to use it

Useful when an assistant needs to look up or report on inventory held in Sortly, such as checking stock levels, low-stock alerts, jobs or purchase orders, or when it should create or update inventory records and draft purchase orders on your behalf.

Requirements

A remote MCP endpoint; no local install. You need a Sortly account and a Sortly API secret key, supplied on first connect and stored per user rather than in config files. Network access to the hosted endpoint is required.
