Teamgate MCP by usefulapi
io.usefulapiv1.0.0Updated Oct 10, 2026
Manage Teamgate CRM leads, people, companies, deals, activities and notes.
Overview
Lets an assistant read and update Teamgate CRM records such as leads, people, companies, deals, activities and notes.
- What it does
- A hosted MCP server for the Teamgate CRM. It exposes read tools for users, leads, lead statuses, people, companies, deals, deal stages, pipelines, activities, sources, industries, products and custom fields, plus a general record search. Write tools create and update leads, people, companies, deals and activities, and add notes. Meta tools report usage, request features, and manage a Pro subscription.
- When to use it
- Use it when an assistant should look up or maintain Teamgate CRM data during everyday sales and account work, for example finding a lead, checking a deal's pipeline stage, or logging an activity or note. It is a fit when you already use Teamgate and want that data reachable from an MCP client without building your own integration.
- Requirements
- A remote MCP endpoint; no local install. Connect the client to the server URL and sign in through the OAuth login page with your own Teamgate credentials. The README says not to add an Authorization header or API key to the client configuration. A free tier allows 100 tool calls per month; Pro is $9/month or $90/year per user.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Teamgate MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
