A remote gateway that lets an assistant search a large directory of MCP servers, inspect their ratings and safety grades, and call their tools through one meted
What you can do
Search the directory of MCP servers by describing a job in plain words, ranked by user rating then adoption, with rating, safety grade and adoption score per hit; D and F grades are hidden unless a minimum grade is set. Read full detail on one server: reviews, safety grade and scan summary, adoption, price, and every tool with its input schema and whether it writes. Run a single tool on a listed server, metered and capped, with F-graded servers blocked. Check prepaid balance, today's spend and the key's caps.
When to use it
Useful when you want one connection to reach many third-party MCP servers instead of installing each one, and when you want ratings, safety grades and spend caps to guide which servers and tools to use.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local runtime or package. An optional Authorization header carrying a bearer key from mcp.market is needed for paid tools and spend caps; free tools work without it. Network access to the gateway.
Before you install
The gateway runs third-party tools on your behalf, so their behavior and data handling are outside its control; check the safety grade and scan summary before calling. Calls are metered against a prepaid balance and spend caps, so paid tools cost money. The Authorization bearer key grants access to your balance and caps and should be kept secret. Calls are logged for reliability data.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/market.mcp%2Fgateway/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Find MCP servers for a job in plain words. Results are ranked by user rating first, then adoption. Each hit carries its rating, safety grade and adoption score. D and F grades are hidden unless min_grade says otherwise.
Full detail for one server: user rating and what reviewers said, safety grade and scan summary, adoption, price, and every tool with its input schema and whether it performs write actions.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
