Chameleons rates Polymarket traders 1–5★ for copy trading and gives an assistant filters, trader profiles, rating rules and copy-bot recipes.
What you can do
Browse categories and star-level counts, then filter and sort Polymarket traders by copyability, return and crowd metrics
Read a single trader's per-category rows, rating check, radar and newest trades
Explain the 1–5★ rating rule, optionally checked against one trader
Fetch a trader's copy recipe (watch list, rules, costs, YAML) for the user's own agent
Get a guide to building and steering a copy bot with these filters
Return results as TSV text or JSON in structured content
When to use it
Useful when someone wants to research Polymarket traders and copy-trading candidates, compare them by modelled fill and return metrics, or get a starting recipe for their own copy bot. It is a read-only research source, not an execution tool.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no authentication, environment variables or headers declared. The public research feed is rate-limited to 60 reads per minute per IP (burst 30).
Before you install
Ratings are modelled over 90 days and explicitly not advice or a recommendation; the server asks that results not be described as the best traders to copy. Data is a daily snapshot, read-only, with no orders placed. Data is CC BY 4.0 and requires credit to chameleons.markets. The service is independent and not affiliated with Polymarket.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/markets.chameleons%2Fpolymarket/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Polymarket traders, filtered and sorted like the page; head lines say what applied and what the defaults hid. copyable: % of checked trades a follower could fill (n=checked); ret_lo: ROIC, profit per copy as % of stake, 80% low end (n=copy10_n; 4★+ needs a 90% one above 0); crowd: % copied within 2 s, upper bound (n=crowd_n). <=4 KB: the rows that fit; the rows line pages on.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
