Remote MCP server that values small software and internet businesses from their metrics and checks business-for-sale asking prices.
What you can do
Value a business from operating metrics such as revenue model, MRR, churn, growth and months live, returning a valuation range, 0-100 investor score, archetype and top improvement priorities
Evaluate a business-for-sale listing against the model, showing whether the asking price is below, within or above the valuation range and as a multiple of ARR and profit
Retrieve the published valuation methodology, including formula, base multiples, factor adjustments, score weights, archetype rules, limitations and versioning policy
See the engine version, exact inputs, and every assumed, derived or capped value behind each result
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs a quick, consistent valuation estimate for a small software or internet business, or a sanity check on a listing's asking price, and when the reasoning behind the number should be explainable and citable.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no account, API key, environment variable or header is required.
Before you install
Results are model estimates with a disclaimer, not financial advice; treat them as one input to a decision. Inputs are stated not to be stored, but business metrics you supply are still sent to a third-party service.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/me.evaly%2Fevalyme/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Estimates a valuation range, 0-100 investor score, archetype, and top three improvement priorities for a business from its operating metrics: revenue model, MRR, monthly churn, month-over-month growth, and months live, plus optional active users, CAC, and LTV. For a business the user owns or operates. Deterministic and versioned (unified-v1): identical inputs return identical results. Out-of-range values return an error naming the field.
Evaluates a business-for-sale listing (Acquire.com, Flippa, broker) against EvalyMe's model: valuation range, whether the asking price is below, within, or above it, and the asking price as a multiple of ARR and of profit. Accepts the figures a listing states; any figure not supplied gets a documented neutral default, reported in `assumptions`. Yearly growth and annual churn are converted to compounded monthly rates. Evaluates one listing per call.
Returns EvalyMe's published valuation methodology: the formula, base multiples by revenue model, factor adjustments and caps, investor-score weights, archetype rules, limitations, and versioning policy. For explaining or citing how an EvalyMe valuation was produced.
Takes no parameters.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
