A remote endpoint that lets an assistant create reusable capture links for mobile devices and poll an S3 bucket for uploaded photos.
What you can do
Generate a reusable capture URL to send to a mobile device for taking and uploading photos, backed by a presigned S3 upload URL. Poll the S3 bucket with a session ID until an upload completes, returning a presigned download URL for the photo. The same capture URL and session ID can be reused for multiple uploads.
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs photos from a phone or other mobile device without direct file transfer, for example collecting field images, receipts, or reference shots into an S3 bucket during a conversation.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at the provider's site. A bearer token in the Authorization header is required, containing base64-encoded JSON with S3 URL, access key ID, secret access key and region. Setup is done on the provider's page. Network access to the endpoint and the S3 bucket is needed.
Before you install
The Authorization header carries S3 credentials (access key ID and secret access key), so treat it as a secret and prefer scoped keys. Anyone holding a generated capture URL can upload photos to the bucket, and the URL is reusable. Uploaded files and presigned download links are handled through the provider's service and your S3 bucket.
Connect Authorization token credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/moda.ai%2Fremote-camera/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Generate a URL for remote camera upload. Send this URL to a mobile device to capture and upload a photo. The capture URL can be reused multiple times to upload different photos without generating a new URL. The URL will be in format: https://www.ai.moda/mcp-servers/remote-camera/capture/?url=PRESIGNED_URL

poll_for_upload
Poll S3 bucket waiting for photo upload to complete. Returns a presigned download URL when the file is ready. The same session_id can be used to poll for new uploads multiple times, allowing the capture URL to be reused.
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
