A remote MCP server for aircraft noise over the Netherlands: see which planes are overhead, how loud they are modelled to be, and report noisy flights.
What you can do
Find aircraft currently over or near a location in the Netherlands, loudest first, with a modelled sound level in dB(A). Get an aircraft's hex code so it can be reported. Report a flight as noisy at a location, anonymously. See the most-reported flights and airlines of today and the last 7 days, plus total report counts.
When to use it
Useful when you want to check what is flying overhead in the Netherlands and how loud it is estimated to be, or to add an anonymous noise report and look at which flights are being reported most.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no authentication, environment variables or headers are declared. Network access to the provider's endpoint is needed.
Before you install
Noise levels are modelled estimates from ADS-B positions, not measurements, and can differ by 5-10 dB. Reports are anonymous but public in aggregate: they add to an aircraft's badge on the live map and to daily and weekly most-reported lists. Reports write data to a third-party service.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/nl.schipholherrie%2Fschipholherrie/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Aircraft currently over or near a location in the Netherlands, loudest first, with the modelled sound level at that spot in dB(A) (an estimate from ADS-B positions and a noise model, not a measurement; the real value can differ 5-10 dB). Use it to find the hex of the aircraft to report with meld_herrie, or to answer "what is that plane?".

meld_herrie
Meld herrie
Report an aircraft as noisy ("meld herrie") at a location, as a visitor does from the flight card on the live map. The report is anonymous and public in aggregate: it adds to that aircraft's badge on the map and to the day's and week's most-reported flights. Give the aircraft's hex (from wat_vliegt_over) or its callsign; without either, the loudest aircraft over the location right now is reported. One report per aircraft per two hours per reporter. This is not an official complaint; those go to BAS (bezoekbas.nl), see https://schipholherrie.nl/klacht.html.
The most-reported flights and airlines of today and of the last 7 days, and how many reports there are in total. Reports come from visitors of schipholherrie.nl and from this endpoint.
Takes no parameters.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
