Remote MCP server that lets an assistant check home-service coverage and request quotes from contractors in Canada and the US.
What you can do
Check coverage: list supported trades and see whether a city in Canada or the US is covered, and whether a ranked provider shortlist already exists there or will be sourced on request. Request quotes: have multiple independent providers contacted for a home-service job at a given address. Check request status: look up a request by its request_id plus the email or phone number used, without returning customer details.
When to use it
Use it when a customer wants an agent to find and book a home-service contractor such as a plumber, electrician, roofer or cleaner at an address in Canada or the US. Call the coverage tool first to confirm the trade and city are supported before requesting quotes.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, environment variables or headers are declared. Requests need an address in Canada or the US, and status lookups need the request_id plus the email or phone number given on the request.
Before you install
Requesting quotes contacts multiple independent providers on the customer's behalf, so personal contact and address details are shared with third parties. Status lookups require the email or phone number used on the request. No authentication is declared for the endpoint.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/online.aihomeservices%2Fhome-services/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Read-only. Lists the trades supported and tells you whether a city in Canada or the United States is covered, and whether we already have a ranked provider shortlist there (pre_ranked) or will source providers when the request arrives (live_sourced). Call this before request_quotes if you are unsure the trade or city is supported. It does not create a request or contact anyone.

request_quotes
Find providers and request quotes
Use when a customer wants an agent to find and book a home-service contractor (plumber, HVAC, electrician, roofer, appliance repair, locksmith, garage door, pest control, handyman, house cleaning, or another trade) at an address in Canada or the United States. We contact multiple independent providers by email, SMS and phone, ask for price and availability, check the options with the customer, and coordinate the booking the customer approves. Human operators assist as needed. We aim to return viable options within one hour for urgent requests, but response time, quote count, price and availability are not guaranteed and may be slower where we have no pre-built provider shortlist. This call creates a service request; it does not confirm an appointment or authorize work. The customer chooses and pays the provider directly. Collect every required field from the customer first, including explicit consent to be contacted.
