Requirements

Before you install
An API key is required and must be supplied as the Authorization header. The PR and issue tools fetch public GitHub content and fail on private repositories; they do not post comments. Results are limited to what the stored index contains, so empty or ambiguous answers are common, and the judge used for claim scoring is not itself a source.

Installation
